The guys an evil
Spirit in humsn form.
Thats obvious.
This Anatoly fella here.
If facts which relate to Christianity in this life matter.
Aligning 2nd Corinthians 11:13-15.
Once I was in a gym I do not frequent often.
Some fairly large big muscular men were struggling to bsck squatt 360.
And challenging each other.
Regarding doing the weight.
They were all around 240 to 260 pounds.
Much larger than me.
Physically…
I watched them do their back squatts closely.
Then I asked them respectfully if I could try a set?
They looked at me in shock and one of them said to me, “‘ Are you sure?””’
As soon as he said that?
I rushed underneath the bar and easily I back squatted the 360 pounds nine times.
It was amusing seeing their shocked faces.
When I did it.
I admit.
I’m not really muscular.
I’m just in shape.
And for the record.
Ive always been 173 pounds on average.
Been working out for a while.
Despite being usually only 173 pounds?
I usually can easily back squatt 340.
My best back squatt though is 420 on the free weights.
My dead lifts are similar in nature.
340 easily.
Any time.
My best dead lift interestingly is also 420.
The last one I did at 420 was a year back.
Though on the smith machine I did nearly 500 a few times easily.
I’m positive I could have probably gone to 600 a few times.
I just didn’t bother .
Same thing with the dead lift machine.
Only with the dead lift machine ?
Once I did 720.
That’s basically five times my weight.
Weight ratio matters in measuring domes pound for pound strength in such matters.
So I take notes when I do such weights.
The first repetition was relatively easy.
That day .
When I did seven twenty.
The second was really hard.
The third rep I did at 720 that day.
I was very surprised I did it.
Three times I’ve done 630 with relative ease.
I like measuring facts and weights.
My best bench press is 360 on a decline bench press.
Ten repetitions with relative ease.
Usually I can do 300 on a decline bench press.
Ten repititions.
Around.
Yet I never went higher than 360.
I just never went higher.
Regular bench press is?
I have did 200.
On five reps.
Arm curls ?
My best?
I’ve done 140 pounds on five reps.
I’m also a long distance cyclist.
On a regular average bicycle only pedalling with no engine?
I’ve cycledpedalling in 33 degrees heat 262 kilometres straight in only one day.
Reaching four different large cities.
I’m fairly fit.
I have energy.
I’m pretty sure this guy here?
Anatoly?
